Habitat for Humanity - House Blessing by Mother Anita
In a formal ceremony Sunday afternoon, November 20, in which officials from Habitat for Humanity, the City of Newport and the State of R.I., including U.S. Congressman David Cicilline (D-RI), The Reverend Dr. Anita Schell-Lambert, Rector of Emmanuel Church performed a House Blessing for the new home of Patrina Irving and her two children, Mckensie and Mikayla. About 40 people attended, including members from Emmanuel. It's the start of a new life for the Irving family and we all pray for continual blessings in their new home.
