We at Emmanuel work diligently to bring new and diverse events to both our congregants and wider community.
Dinner parties, holiday celebrations, exercise classes, you name it! If there is an event you'd like to see at Emmanuel, please feel free to reach out. We are always looking for fun ideas to bring to life!
Upcoming Highlights
Soups On
First Tuesday of the Month, join us for our Soups On meal, engaging our neighbors in community, warmth, and conversation.
Rehearsal Lounge
The last Tuesday of the month, Emmanuel hosts local musicians of Newport for an Open rehearsal to provide free live music and rehearsal spaces to our community.,
Kundalini Yoga Classes
Hosted by local Rhode Island Instructor Deb Brown, Kundalini Yoga Classes are Offered weekly in the Church at 10:30am.
$12 General Admission, $10 Students
The last Wednesday of the month, we move our weekly class to 6pm, and provide FREE ADMISSION to anyone with a student ID.

Join fellow parishioners and new friends in a beginner's Celtic Social Dance! Let by our own community member Grace Flinsch, food served by members of the Programming Committee. All are welcome!
Community Clothing Swap!
As our last Lenten Season Event, Emmanuel highlights God's gifts of self-expression, fashion, and sustainability with a community resource and clothing swap! All are welcome to bring a bag of clothes that no longer serve you, and take a new bag home. Local resource centers and opportunities will be available with take home supplies to fill your bag as well!
All unclaimed Clothing Items by the end of the night will be donated to Local Aquidneck Island resource opportunities.
